As part of a five-person team, I led product management and data analytics, aligning with my career goal in product management. Inspired by Marty Cagan’s principles, we identified star customers and gathered deep insights through live interviews, uncovering genuine user needs and aspirations. This direct feedback shaped our ideation process.
Using a structured methodology, we progressed from usability interview themes to insights, opportunities, ideation, and prioritization. While details are NDA-protected, our approach generated nearly 50 actionable improvement ideas.
The Miro board framework encapsulates our analytical journey, showcasing our meticulous approach while respecting NDA constraints. Our work culminated in a detailed paper and presentation, highlighting customer personas, narratives, themes, insights, opportunities, and our top five product enhancement recommendations.
