I spearheaded a key enhancement for Weber State University's HARBOR program by developing an automated tracking antenna. This project showcased my ability to secure resources, demonstrated by a successful grant I authored, and my skill in identifying and executing critical improvements—essential for strategic product direction and stakeholder management.

The system's sensors required direct line-of-sight communication via a Yagi antenna, previously necessitating manual tracking for up to two hours as the balloon ascended to the outer atmosphere. We proposed and successfully built an automated tracking system, maintaining line-of-sight seamlessly. This solution was a monumental success, costing just 1/10th of existing industrial alternatives.
