Our team conducted in-depth market research to uncover new revenue streams, focusing on customer preferences. The strategy aimed to scale operations and amplify community impact, showcasing my ability to align business strategies with meaningful missions. We generated outreach solutions, as well as a 0-1 first-path to revenue.
